Bachala kura Pappu is a high protein, vegan, heart warming dish loaded with nutritious greens - Malabar spinach or Indian Spinach. We usually cook them with masoor or tur dal or with yam (kanda bachali) and as mustard powder based stew (ava pettina pulusu).
