Mandalasana - Circle Pose
This is a celebration of the diverse ways our bodies move and the beautiful array of yoga practices they engage in. We recognize that Mandalasana (Circle Pose) is a challenging pose and may not be in your wheelhouse—hey, maybe Ananda Balasana (Child's Pose) isn't either. Let yoga be our common ground, united with one another, and accepting of the diverse forms our practices take, even if they differ from our own. We love you all and hope you all lift each other up too.

Is the wall damaging your handstands?
The most common question I’m asked - should I be using the wall to help with my handstand progress?⬇️ My short answer is always… ✨YES!✨ • Used correctly, the wall can be a really important asset that can help you • 1️⃣develop your handstand line • 2️⃣understand alignment • 3️⃣improve your handstand endurance 4️⃣build upper body strength ❌HOWEVER, used INcorrectly, the wall can seriously damage your handstand alignment and confidence, consequently meaning you have to work twice as hard away from the wall to make up for this🙅🏼♀️ Try these drills instead of kicking up to the wall next time you’re practising your handstands, to help build muscle strength and a straighter handstand line - you should feel the difference nearly immediately!
