Quad-Strengthening Routine: Lean Back and Engage! 💪
Join Nathalie Keiller in this effective quad-strengthening routine. Start with a neutral spine, then lean back slightly to feel the stretch in the front of your thighs. Engage your core and thighs as you return to the starting position. Repeat the lean, keeping your shoulders over your knees. The more you lean back, the more you engage your muscles. Add a twist by bringing your right arm back and left arm forward, looking towards the back. Perfect for building quad strength and stability
