Baba Ghanoush or Eggplant Dip 2 large size eggplant 1 lemon 3 garlic crushed cloves 3 tablespoons tahini 1/4 teaspoon it’s usually, Salt for taste Paprika Olive oil Pita bread Wash and clean the two big large eggplants, dry them down with a paper towel and then poke about 3 to 4 holes in each one. Then wrap them up in aluminum foil. Before adding them into the barbecue grill, make sure it’s about a medium low heat. Once it’s hot, put the egg plants right on top of the grill and allow them to cook for about an hour make sure you flip every 15 minutes after an hour. You’ll notice
