Impasta a mano fino a formare una palla di impasto omogenea. Fai riposare 30 minuti sotto una ciotola ✦spolvera con un po’ di farina e inizia ad allargare l’impasto prima con i polpastrelli poi con il mattarello fino a ottenere una sfoglia spessa circa 2 mm ✦ricava tante strisce larghe circa 2 cm. Copri parte della sfoglia (per evitare che si asciughi) e ungiti le mani con un po’ di olio ✦prendi una striscia e arrotolala tra i palmi della mano staccando dei pezzi di circa 8-10 cm e adagiali sulla spianatoia infarinata con la semola.
