Knoblauch Brot von Mama
20min · 4 servings Zutaten: • 1 Ciabatta • 2 Knoblauchzehen • 40 g Butter • Petersilie • Gewürze • 30g Parmesan Zuerst den Knoblauch aufschneiden, Olivenöl drüber geben und Salz und für circa 40 Minuten bei 200° in den Ofen geben. Jetzt vermischen wir die Butter, Petersilie, Gewürze und Parmesan zusammen und halbieren das Ciabatta. Wenn der Knoblauch fertig ist, geben wir ihn zur Butter dazu & vermischen alles und streichen es aufs Brot. Schließlich gebe Mozzarella drüber und das ganze erneut für circa 10 Minuten in den Ofen und fertig ist das Wunder.
