Squats vs. Deadlifts: Which is Best for Your Leg Workout?
Coach Heather with a deep-dive on two classic leg day exercises! To squat, stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at the hips and knees, lowering your body down towards the floor. Stand to return upright, and repeat. To deadlift, start with feet shoulder-width apart. Hinge the hips back and keep a soft bend in the knees. Keep shoulders back drive the hips forward to lift the weight off the floor. Come to an upright position. Lower the weight by hinging the hips back, and repeat.
