Banana Pudding Rice Krispies
Ingredients: - 3 tbsp butter - 300g (10 oz) mini marshmallows - 180g (6 cups) Rice Krispies cereal - 1 package instant banana pudding mix - 480ml (2 cups) milk - 2 ripe bananas, sliced - 240ml (1 cup) whipped cream - Honey, for drizzling Directions: 1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. 2. Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated with the marshmallow mixture. 3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan using a buttered spatula or wax paper. Allow it to cool completely. 4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and milk until smooth and thick. 5. Spread the prepared banana pudding evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies layer in the baking pan.
