Coconut lavender iced coffee Brew some coffee pour into ice cube tray and put into the freezer. Let the rest be in a jug in the fridge and get really cold. Instead of sugar, I decided to make a simple syrup (1 cup water + 1 cup sugar) with taste of lavender. Mix just sugar, water and lavender flowers and let it simmer together until the sugar has melted. Let cool. Then mix the ice cubes, 1/3 black coffee, syrup taste with 2/3 coconut milk and then it is ready to be enjoyed !
