Super quick and totally moorish. A recipe I will be making on repeat. 530kcal and 53g protein You will need to serve 1 160g raw prawns 1 medium egg 1 heaped tbsp flour 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 tsp soy sauce Zest of one lemon 1 tsp garlic granules 1 spring onion, finely diced Sesame seeds 3 small tacos 1/4 medium avocado Optional sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp yoghurt 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp honey Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime Using a food processor, add all the prawn ingredients to the blender, season with a pinch of salt and pulse 4-5 times until combined but still with a little texture. If needed mix by hand to combine all the flour and egg. You can also chop your prawns by hand to form a rough mince and mix it with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Leave in the fridge for 5 minutes whilst you make the yoghurt sauce. Mix together the yoghurt, sriracha, honey, 1/2 a lemon juice and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread a generous amount of prawn mix over each taco to nearly cover the surface leaving a little border, sprinkle over sesame seeds and pan fry sesame seed side down for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat, flip and fry for a final minute but make sure you don’t burn the taco! Repeat for the rest of the tacos.
