Prairie Girl Health + Fitness - Looking for a great snack, anytime of the year!! 21 Day Fix APPROVED! CAUTION: It's really good! :) Mix together: 1 Cup Greek Yogurt, 1 Sliced Banana, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (or whatever you desire), and 1tbsp Honey. If you have extra time you can caramelize the bananas. Caramelized Bananas: 2 ripe bananas 1 tbsp EVOO 2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp salt Directions: - Remove the peels from the bananas and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices. - Set a nonstick skillet over medium to medium high heat and add the oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Lay down your banana slices, and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side. Be sure to watch the heat and turn it down if it browns too quickly. You want enough heat to caramelize and brown the slices, but don't want them to burn. Also great on a peanut butter sandwich! Enjoy! | Facebook
