Free Family Nutrition Programs
Every child and family has different needs when it comes to diet and food and it can be difficult to find the information you need online. Whether you’re looking for information about starting solid foods with your infant, have questions about breastfeeding/chestfeeding or bottle feeding, want to learn new recipes or ways to customize your existing favourites, or you want to get tips for picky eaters, there is a program for you.

Free Outdoor Programs for Families with Children Birth to 6 Years
Outdoor play gives children the opportunity to explore nature with all their senses. Smelling flowers, feeling the grass on their toes, and watching the water splash as they jump in the puddles are just a few examples. Join an outdoor program today!
Peer Support for Moms with New Babies in Mississauga and Brampton
If you are a mom who is experiencing difficulties adjusting to life with a new baby or is coping with Postpartum Mood Disorder (PMD), support is available. Our PMD Peer Support Group is a judgement-free space where you can talk about how you feel or just sit and listen to others.
Dim the Lights: a sensory sensitive program for kids
Dimmed lights, no loud toys, and soft singing. Dim the Lights is a sensory sensitive program for families with children birth to 6 years. During this program, the centre is kept as quiet as possible. Children who are often overwhelmed by lots of noise and lights, who take time to adjust to a new space, or just want a quiet place to play may especially enjoy this program. Dim the Lights takes place every Friday from 9:30am-11:30am at Brittany Glen EarlyON Centre in Mississauga.

Journey Together: Program for families by The Indigenous Network
Join our partners from The Indigenous Network as they visit our EarlyON centres to lead Journey Together! This program delivers culturally specific experiences to children birth to 6 years and their family. Enjoy drumming, sing songs, read stories, and take part in smudging. At this program you may also learn about the medicine wheel, sacred medicines, the importance of drumming, and so much more.
