Vegan Gluten Free Oat Pancakes! Recipe below. These are easy, fast and a kid pleaser👌 . . 1 cup oat milk (or other milk) 1 3/4 cup oat flour 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 tbsp melted coconut oil (or other) 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla or more to taste Mix dry together and whisk. Mix wet together and whisk. Pour wet into dry and stir. Note: add the last 1/4 cup of flour at the end depending on how thick you want your pancakes. You may even want to add a touch more!

Chocolate avocado breakfast/energy snack 🥑recipe below👇It’s my favourite breakfast and it’s packed with tons of plant-based protein, antioxidants and deliciousness. . . One avocado 3 tbs cacao 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsps oat milk (or another alternative milk) 1-2 tbsps maple syrup Blend all ingredients in a vitamix on low speed. Stop the vitamix and scrape down sides occasionaly. When blended smooth serve in bowl and add toppings. I add my favourite granola (@purely_elizabeth) and 1 tsp peanut butt
