Look at that, do you like the result? 👇😍 👉 INGREDIENTS 2 rolls of puff pastry 1 egg yolk 60 ml (¼ cup) of milk Sesame seeds for decoration 100 g (½ cup) of cream cheese 12 slices of cured salmon Salad leaves 👉 METHOD 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F. 2. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut tablespoons out of them. Brush each pastry spoon with egg wash (egg yolk whisked with milk) and top with sesame. 3. Layer the spoon onto a tube of foil as shown in the video. Bake for 15 minutes. 4.
