Many of us were raised to believe that paper towels are a necessity. What I love about the zero-waste movement is that it calls out the unnecessary and excessive consumerism-for-the-sake-of-consumerism that most of us were raised with. It reveals excess where there doesn’t need to be (if you don’t want it).
