Bring a friend to help get you up and going. 2. Walk the trails. Stop, sit, and nap along the way. 3. Bring snacks and drinks. 4. Just do the first 30, 60, or however many minutes you can muster of the more challenging “Thrill” trails. We’ll give you credit for trying 🙂 6. With only a week left in the Spring 10 Trail Challenge, @westcoastjen has been busy lately: She combined @bmovanmarathon training with exploring the Olund Trail in Abbotsford and writing “Hardly any people, nice scenery, a little bit of wildlife 😂. Slugs count as wild, don’t they? 🤷🏻‍♀️” She also did Dragon’s Back trail in Hope and reported: “ With the tiny window of no rain on Saturday morning, took a quick jaunt up Dragon’s Back for the #TenTrailChallenge.
