Protein Oat Bars
PROTEIN OAT BARS ・2 bananas ・2 cups quick oats ・2 cups strawberries ・¼ cup vanilla protein powder ・pinch of cinnamon ・1 Tbsp peanut butter ・1 Tbsp chia seeds ・½ cup almond milk 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a baking dish. Add oats, strawberries, protein powder, peanut butter, chia seeds, cinnamon and almond milk. Stir and spread out in the pan. 2️⃣ Bake for 25 minutes or until bars are golden. Cut into 15 bars and enjoy! Cal 235 | Carb 36g | Protein 13g | Fat 5g | Fiber 6g
