the book it's not about me by max lucado is on display
I always like to read at least one Max Lucado book every year. His books have helped me to understand the grace of God in a way that few things have. This book helped me to get the focus off of myself in a season when I really needed that.
a book with the title grace written in blue on it's front and back cover
Max Lucado is amazing. This book was a quick read for me and it really helped me to see how powerful the grace of God is. I have a tendency to be a bit judgemental and this book really reminded me of the grace that I have received from a loving God and helped me to remember to share it with others.
the resolution for men book sitting on top of a table
This book is based off of the resolution in the movie Courageous. Excellent book that takes what you saw in the movie and personalizes it into your life. Any man who is serious about walking with Jesus should read this book.
the book cover for the art of mentoring embracing the great generation transition by darlene zscheich
The Art of Mentoring is a book that I purchased in Winnipeg at Springs Conference after seeing Darlene Zschech speak and sing. She is an amazing woman and this book inspired me to invest my life into the next generation through mentoring. She mentions in the book that she had a goal to replace herself 10 times in her ministry and she said if she did that her life would count for something. Excellent book for all leaders.
the book cover for kingdom man by tony evans is displayed on a white table top
Kingdom Man is a great book by Tony Evans about how to be a "Kingdom Man". Great book that really inspired me to step up my game and lead in all areas of life. Highly recommend it for all Christian men.
This is a great book for anyone who is in ministry and raising kids. We had the pleasure of sing the Author speak live in Leduc and he was very good. Its a very practical book full of great examples from his life as a Pastors Kid.

Sam Chand gives a great perspective on the importance of who you surround yourself with when you are in a leadership position. A quick read but full of wisdom.
the book cover for what's shakin'your ladder? by samuel r chandler
I purchased this book after seeing Samuel Chand speak at Springs Conference in Winnipeg. Its a short book but it has some very good points about leadership. It builds upon his other book "Who is Holding Your Ladder?"
a book with the title isolation insecity before it violates you by paul de long
I purchased this book after Paul de Jong spoke at our BUILD Conference at Church. I really enjoyed his speaking and this book is a great help to anyone who may be dealing with insecurity. If you are breathing, you deal with it from time to time. :)
the book cover for the 10 best decision a man can make by bill farel
This book is full of solid wisdom for any man, but especially for a young man. I highly recommend it for any man. Great read.
the book when work and family collide is sitting on top of a white table
I love Andy Stanley, and this book is excellent. He makes you think about how to manage your work life and still invest in your family. This is a challenge for a lot of people and this book brings an interesting perspective.
a book with the title mind monsters conquer fear, worry, guilt and other negative thoughts that work against you
A very quick read that is excellent for anyone who struggles with negative thinking or any kind of challenges in the way they think. Simple book with simple concepts, but sometimes we over complicate life.
