I started my tie dye journey in 1968 In Greenwich village, New York city, I developed a unique method that I call Geometriart, a geometric folding and dipping technique. I started doing stage tie dyes for the Grateful Dead in 1970 and worked with them for 20 years, The early 1980's I created the large backdrops for the band at the Greek Theatre Berkeley, 25 ' high by 50' wide.
