Les ingrédients ( pour une douzaine de beignets) - 230 g de farine - 10cl de lait tiède - 1 oeuf - 40 g de sucre - 30 g de beurre - 1/2 paquet de levure lyophilisée - 1/2 càs de fleur d'oranger La recette 1. Diluez la levure dans le lait avec une càc de sucre. Laissez reposer 10 minutes. 2. Dans un saladier, versez la farine, le sucre. Mélangez. 3. Ajoutez le mélange levure+ lait puis l'oeuf. 4. Mélangez puis ajouter le beurre en petits morceaux et pétrissez la pâte pendant une dizaine de minute
