Matte black plumbing fixtures have long been a favorite of ours, especially in bathrooms. They resist water spots and fingerprints while providing a bold contrast. In this Guest Bathroom we paired black metals with an absolute black granite countertop on top of a warm alder vanity. Black leather pulls on the doors and drawers add a soft, textured feel.

Contemporary Natural might be our new favorite style. Blending clean lines and minimal details with natural wood tones and soft textures creates a new take on contemporary design. Personalized details like open shelves keep the contemporary design from feeling cold. What do you think of Contemporary Natural?

When a kitchen has a disconnected space, our first thought is to create a bar or beverage station. It gives a gathering place that is out of the way of the food prep and enlarges the kitchen footprint. We opened the wall above the bar and added metal open shelves to allow more light into the living room and create an additional area of visual interest.

Black stained wood furniture with brass accents, a large statement chandelier, and tons of natural light are a few of our favorite things. We envisioned long dinners with dim light from the chandelier and lots of wine at this dining table.

There’s something about a vignette that we can’t get enough of- it’s such an intimate peek into a home that tells a story with each piece.

Contrast makes the design. In this dining room, soft white oak floors are contrasted with a black stained oak dining table while black metal windows are contrasted with warm white walls (painted in Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace). The black and white materials are softened by brass accents, including a statement light fixture that anchors the table in front of a wall of windows.

This shower finally gets its close-up. The @emsertile ornami glazed ceramic mosaic in kami white on the back wall and yuzen black on the plumbing wall provide contrast and texture to the luxe gold @brizofaucet kintsu plumbing fixtures. Elegant and moody, our favorite. 🤍
