We design our challenges to help you progress in a meaningful way to better flexibility, strength and happiness. They include breaks where need to keep you refreshed and energized. You may find that a daily yoga practice will help you shift toward a happier, healthier, more joyful way of living.

L Shape to Fly
Day 12 of our Power Into 2022 Yoga Challenge, this class works with the action “hugging into the mid-line”. Through this concept, we are able to gain strength and stability.
