3.7K reactions · 1.7K shares | I need to try this healthy ice cream recipe from @eatingbyelaine! • TOP RECIPE OF 2023🍾🎉✨ I love that you all are so into my ice cream recipes this year. 🍨🍦They performed the best regardless of the time of year so I’ll definitely share more flavors throughout 2024. ❤️ Below is the chocolate version in this reel: VEGAN BLENDER CHOCOLATE 🍫 ICE CREAM! 🍨Actually life changing creamy rich chocolate ice cream that you would never know is dairy-free. 🤟We have been making this no-churn ice cream recipe on repeat this summer and it is FAR superior to any store-bought ice cream. Can you SEE the creaminess!? 👀 It is beyond. I promise. And literally couldn’t be easier to make rightm in your blender. The texture is unreal. And the recipe is not only vegan but also gluten-free, soy-free and refined sugar-free, RECIPE: - 1 (13.5-ounce) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk (refrigerated overnight) - 1 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked in advance, drained and rinsed** - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder - 3/4 cup pure maple syrup - 1/4 cup melted coconut oil - 1.5 tablespoons pure vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt HOW TO: Add coconut cream (white solid portion of the can only) to your blender along with the soaked, drained and rinsed cashews. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth and then pour into any container. Cover and freeze overnight or until solid. Scoop and serve! . 1 large apple (sweet) or 2 small
2 cup (200g) rolled oats
1/4 cup OR ~35g vanilla plant protein powder
OR 1/4 cup (30g) wholemeal plain flour/ flour of choice* + 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder 1-2 tbsp honey/maple/alt (optional, depending on preference)
2 cups (~450-500mL) milk of choice
1/3 cup (30g) sliced almonds 

*an alternative to protein powder, although I must admit, I personally preferred this recip, taste wise, with the addition of the vanilla protein powder. Please refer to note at the end for alt ways to increase protein intake instead. 
To serve (opt Oats Protein, Clean Eating Guide, Sports Dietitian, Vanilla Plant, Plant Protein Powder, Sliced Apples, Healthy Carrot Cakes, Fruit Berries, Protein Intake
