With India as a color palette, this series of geometric abstractions explores the spiritual effects of photographic mandalas and their alchemical fusion with colorful abstract compositions. Through the application of monochromatic fields of gum dichromate emulsion and enlarged photogram negatives, lines are blurred between photographic realism and painterly illusion.
