Progress Pride Flag
The progress pride flag is made up of the pride flag’s rainbow of colours, but with five arrow-shaped lines on the left. The inclusion of the black and brown lines represents LGBTQ2+ communities of colour, whereas the pink, light blue, and white lines symbolize the transgender pride flag. In 2021, the flag received another update with a purple circle superimposed over a yellow triangle. This addition represents the inclusion of intersex people.
Transgender Pride Flag
The transgender pride flag is comprised of five horizontal stripes and is used to represent transgender people. The blue stripes represent men, the pink stripe symbolizes women, and the white reflects those who don’t fit into the gender binary as well as intersex people and those who are transitioning.
Nonbinary Pride Flag
The nonbinary pride flag is made up of four horizontal stripes. The yellow stripe represents people whose gender exists outside of the binary. The white stripe symbolizes many genders or all genders. The purple line represents fluidity and uniqueness as well as a mix of male and female genders. And the black bar reflects those without a gender.
