Serve More Young People
Ever since I was in my early teens, confused and wondering how best to live this life.. I’ve wanted to develop myself so I could give back to kids in the same situation I was. If I could offer guidance to my younger self I would shave off years of wasted time, energy and resources. I don’t know how much I would have listened to my older self, needing to experience some things on my own.. but certainly I could have helped myself in ways that nobody else could or did. #ServeYoungPeople #Kids
Do what makes the biggest positive impact
How do you get better at knowing what to do? First, don’t listen to anybody else. You’ve got to tune into your own #navigation system for that. What do YOU want to do? What do YOU value? Take inventory of what you already have
Imagine going through life in 3rd gear.. only to realize there was a 4th or 5th gear that would take you to a new level. This is the constant upgrading that I see when I focus on living my Full Potential. It’s as exciting as it is interesting. There is always ‘another level’ of realizing your #FullPotential.. growth is infinite. And thank #god, it would probably be very #boring if there was a ‘top’.
How to Stay ACTIVATED
It’s time to tune back into your body and give it what it wants. To become more active.. and start training yourself to periodically take more breaks and engage in physical exercise.. anytime, anywhere. For example after I’m done writing here, I’ll stop, drink some water and do some #stretches, jumping jacks, push ups. Go for another round of work and then repeat the process. #PhysicalExercise #DrinkWater #BeActive

Now is the Time
Because time is not infinite we’ve got to prioritize our use of time wisely. The only real constraint is time. If there was infinite time you could earn a penny a day and become the richest in the world. You could read a page a day and learn all that was ever written.
