🍮 Sticky Toffee Pudding 🍫
Ingredients: 200 g dates, chopped 200 ml boiling water 1 teaspoon baking soda 100 g butter, softened 100 g brown sugar 2 eggs 200 g flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 200 ml heavy cream 100 g brown sugar (for sauce) Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish. In a bowl, pour boiling water over dates and add baking soda. Let sit. Cream butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and date mixture. Pour batter into dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. For sauce, simmer cream and sugar until thickened. Pour over warm pudding.
