Snowflake Brie | Winter Recipe Inspo. | Easy Appetizers for the Holiday Season | Healthy Snacks
HELPFUL TIPS / INSTRUCTIONS 1. Chill Brie in the freezer for 10 min so it’s easier to cut 2. Cut brie into eighths. (Like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut id the brie is sticking to it. 3. Within each “slice” cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side. 4. Once cheese gets back to room temp, some of the slices may stick together, but it’s still a great guide for your guests to cut and serve themselves. I’ve been seeing this all over the place. Lmk if you know the person that started the technique so I can tag them.

Valentine's Day Strawberry Rose
Strawberry ROSES 🍓🌹 for Valentine’s Day! Think garnish on a charcuterie board or kids snack plate, decorate a cupcake or cake, or even toss on a cocktail! They’re just so festive! Petal 1: Hold the bottom and using a pairing knife, make a slit (but don’t cut all the way through) on the outside. With the knife gently curl the tip of the "petal" by pressing it back. Repeat on the other 3 sides until you have four "petals" on the outer side of the strawberry. Now make another row! Above the row you just made, between two petals, make another slit. Gently curl the petal back. Repeat on the other 3 sides of the strawberry. Repeat if strawberry is large — you got this! End with a slit at the very top! 🍓🌹
