Smoked Lemon Sour Cocktail
Smoked Lemon Sour Cocktail: ▪2 oz bourbon ▪1 oz fresh lemon juice ▪3/4 oz simple syrup ▪1 egg white ▪Lemon twist for garnish ▪Ice cubes Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Prepare a cocktail smoker with wood chips. Strain the cocktail into a glass. Cover with a Helius Originals smoker, and ignite wood chips for 10-30 seconds. Uncover, and garnish with a lemon twist. Sip and savor the smoky twist on this classic cocktail. 🍋🔥
