Kreg Tool Tip: Spacer Blocks simplify using Kreg Joints for repairs. The Drill Guide Block that comes with Kreg Jigs can be used for repairs by removing it from the jig, and then clamping or screwing it to your workpiece. Our Drill Guide Spacer Blocks make it even easier by helping you position the Drill Guide Block to match the thickness of your workpiece. The spacers fit into slots in the bottom of the Guide Block, and each one compensates for an additional ¼" of material thickness.

Kreg Tool Tip: How to adjust your Kreg Jig® Clamp Pad to get a firm hold on your workpiece. // To ensure a firm hold on your workpiece, you may need to adjust the position of the clamp pad on your Kreg Jig® K3 or K4. Here's how: 1) Release the lock-nut. 2) Rotate the clamp pad in or out. 3) Test the hold by depressing the toggle. Repeat this process until you get a secure hold on your workpiece. Then, be sure to re-tighten the lock-nut.
