I lost 10 pounds in 2 months by doing the 12-3-30 treadmill workout, regular Pilates, and adjusting my diet. Can you do the whole thing on one blue (I had to switch to a red for the jump overs and push ups)?  I like to time these circuits, but you could also do 10 reps of each.
