Four years ago, I volunteered to convert my son's elementary school cafeteria into a Zombie maze for their Halloween Carnival. With a small budget, some willing helpers to donate their time and talents, we were able to transform the cafeteria into a scary main event! It was a huge hit with the kids, teachers and parents. Every year, on the eve of Halloween, we get together to celebrate the dead with an over-the-top Halloween CarnEvil. While the outside of our house gets transformed into a Cemetery for the entire month of October, on this special day, we convert our driveway into a CarnEvil and our walk out basement into a haunted house complete with projections of dancing ghosts and singing pumpkins. Ominous Vintage Carnival Freakshow – For this experiential Halloween party, guests traveled through 8 highly stylized spaces of a private estate in Beverly Hills. Greeted by a brazen Ringmaster, guests entered the event through through a long circus tent and into a funhouse-style vortex tunnel which led them into a courtyard filled with circus performers.
