This is a favorite with my Cockatoo. It is very simple to make and provides something safe and soft for the bird to snuggle with. All you need are strips of fleece, an 'O' ring, small chain, and a pvc end cap. The strips of fleece are strung through the 'O' ring so that the ring is hold the fleece. Make sure that the fleece held tightly together by the 'O' ring, or the bird will pull the fleece out in seconds. Instead of an 'O' ring, a zip tie can be used to hold the fleece together.
