🍐 European pears such as this Ayers pear take a long time to fruit 🕰️ and the last thing you want is to pick them too early or late. 😩Too early and the fruit will be small and tasteless. Too late and it will be mushy and overripe.

🧐Use this technique to know if the fruit is ready to be picked. 🤨But remember that European pears do best when counter ripened whereas Asian pears do not continue to ripen when pulled from the tree.🌳
