Step 1: take 8 pallets and make a sofa frame, cut an old king size memory foam mattress in half lengthwise. (This mattress was a 6” foam and 2” memory foam topper. Both pieces were cut in half lengthwise, but then the 2” pad was cut in half lengthwise again, and then in half crosswise. Then took 2ea of the 2” pads and glued them together with spray adhesive to make the back rest cushions.
