A lil Royal goliath (Goliathus regius)! An Afrotropical species of beetle that feeds on tree sap and fallen fruit. They reportedly use the horns on their heads to defend sap flows on trees that hungry females are attracted to. Not sure how successful this guy would have been at that; he is relatively small.
