Grinch outfit for grinch day at school for spirit week. Green boa from a party store. Cut it up and hot glue to or sew to top, tie yarn around ends and make tie-able “bracelets”, hair tie, and “anklets”, green tights from a party store. Buy santa shirt or make one with your craft cutter (Cricut, Silhouette); and voila!

Last minute Dress like a Grinch outfit. I used a green lipstick on his face so it would last throughout the school day but not irritate his skin either. Black eye shadow for his nose but a black lipstick would work too. I used a green temporary hair color on his hair & shoes & socks. We ran out of time to get his legs fully wrapped in the yarn to get the fur look. This makeup made it all day without losing its desired effect & came right off with make-up removing wipes.

This would be an awesome Halloween Costume! However, we threw this together for a day during "Holiday Dress up Week" @alburnettcsd. It was a very last minute idea since we hadn't planned anything for the middle of the week "Spirit Day" it took only 25/30 mins (if that) to put together....and that's because we had to find the face paint from Halloween. The hair on "Cindy Lou" is held up with a small soda bottle.
