Do use this tool, think about something you want, then assign a letter to it. Write your letter at the top of a piece of paper. Then draw two columns under your letter. One column is what you want, and the second column are elevated emotions that would describe how the first column would make you feel if you had those things. Then take time each day to meditate on your list and feel the elevated emotions in your body. Try it with us!
