Chris Joe on Instagram: "Comment “recipe” or “pork” for the full recipe with all of my KEY tips sent straight to your DMs (make you follow me and your message requests are open to ensure you receive it)! Pork Katsu, or Tonkatsu, is a Japanese dish we’d eat ALL the time when we would visit Japan! The pork is juicy and tender, and while it can be made with all types of cuts of pork, my favorite is the pork loin which has a little more fat that keeps the pork nice and juicy while the panko breadcrumbs create an extra crispy crust! Topped with tonkatsu sauce and paired with cabbage, it’s such a comfort meal! For a leaner cut, you can also use pork tenderloin.
