Oceano dress This dress, in particular, is called "Oceano", inspired by the waves of the ocean. It features 30 shades of blue of about 100 meters of silk taffetas and organza. Each and every couple centimeters was individually hand-pleated to create his customized look. Believe it or not, the dress has been worn on a body, but it is obviously restricting and unpractical.
