If you are struggling with getting meals prepped for the week, I encourage you to think of it as an investment! Taking the time to prep and NOT taking the time to prep both have an outcome! Taking that 1-2 hours to get yourself set up for the week is going to pay off SO MUCH MORE than 1-2 hours spent watching TV or scrolling on your phone! Even better if you can get your partner involved to help with the load! 👏🏼
