three young children standing next to each other with paper plates in front of their faces

Ms Alex and Ms Cathy made mouths for Dental Health Week! The center was cut from a half-paper plate. They colored them red to look like a mouth and glued teeth around the edge of the 'mouth'. Then a popsicle stick was glued to the mouth so that they could be held up!

three pieces of pink paper with white polka dots on them and the shape of a mouth

Here’s another craft we did for our Dental Health theme. I drew the outline of a mouth and gave the kids a sponge dobber with white paint. We talked about how we have teeth on the top of our mouth and the bottom of our mouth. We painted teeth into our “mouths” today. This was done by my 2 and a half year olds.
