Generally, I pull my bowls up from the base upwards, slowly bringing the clay out to get the shape but this time around, I decided to actually open it from the inside out to see whether or not it would give me a different look  One of the most important things when you are with throwing is to constantly try new techniques and figure out new ways, you can do the same thing. For this particular bowl, I decided to shape it a little differently, which ended up making it one of the most consistent bowls in terms of proportion I’ve made!  This may be a new way that I make these shapes on the wheel head. Let me know how you make yours?!
