The Arms of Sparta were an addition to Kratos' arsenal in God of War: Ghost of Sparta. Kratos wielded these weapons against his enemies when he was a mortal general in the Spartan Army, before swore himself to Ares and eventually became a god of war. Spears are weapons that have been used around the world and made in a variety of ways. These are Aztec designs. As with most Aztec tools of war, they are primitive, but effective, and utilize flint, wood and obsidian. I don't know what the one on the right is made out of.
