Window cards

Today we are sharing a video tutorial from Kittie Caracciolo showing an inventive way to use a window die cut to create an adorable card!

Today I am sharing an over the top Christmas card we made at my October 2017 FMN class featuring the Ready for Christmas bundle. This is an extra special card where I created an inviting holiday scene.

This is for F4A92 to use black and white winter card showcasing black. This is also for QFTD88 to honor my dear talented friend DawnL. Congratulations on your royal status this week, Dawn! I didn't have to look long into Dawn's gallery to find inspiration. Each and every card is a treasure. I was especially inspired by her window cards allowing me to use my new window die. I decided on a window themed card. I keep the design fairly simple. I used a stamp from Delicious Doodles called A Robin�s Christmas. I coloured the Christmas ornaments red, but left the rest of the image black and white. I framed the image with the small Memory Box � Madison Window Die. For my Dots and Stripes, I embossed the background wall using two folders: small dot pattern and a stripe pattern. I used three stickers from Kaisercraft to finish off the card.

This realistic window card made with die cuts is positively loaded with dimension and details and everything is easily made with dies from Brass & Bliss Craft Co.
