Mackenzie Woodland Caribou | Taken on November 22, 2015 by Jeff Dyck || The weekend before last I headed north to an area near Mackenzie, BC known as Kennedy Siding where a herd of local Woodland Caribou come down to winter. I am told the herd is ~120 animals - we were lucky enough to see ~2 or 3 dozen on our visit. The caribou were great to watch - many of the young males were practicing their sparring, while others just casually "hung out"...
