My second Boy just recently turned 6! Even though I love organizing Birthday parties, for this one we decided to take him somewhere fun! We have been planning to go to Worlds of Fun for a while now. We see it every time we drive by Kansas city and it looked so fun! The weather wasn't perfect but I am so glad it worked out! Worlds of Fun (in Kansas Ctiy, Missouri) is the amusement park from my youth. I have been there a number of times, as it's only a five or six hour drive from my home town in Nebraska. This neat little souvenir book highlights the attractions that were there in 1977. The park has gone through a lot of changes over the years, but it's still there, and I'd bet at least a few of these rides remain.
