Highly recommend booking a late afternoon excursion to catch the sunset over the dunes - plus you won’t be a happy camper in the boiling hot desert during the day."
JENNY 🌙 on Instagram: "A Lourve-ly day in Abu Dhabi. I really enjoyed the curation and thoughtful display of art and artifacts at the Abu Dhabi Louvre. Rather than displaying art by region, the art and artifacts were displayed chronologically alongside pieces from around the world. You really get to see a sense of development of culture and civilization in a global sense. Great way to spend an afternoon out of the heat."

This gleaming architectural marvel shines brightly with white marble, gold, mother of pearl, lapis lazuli and other semi-precious stones and crystals. My jaw was literally dropped the whole time just admiring the intricate details and craftsmanship that took to build this beautiful place of worship. Definitely a must-see when visiting the United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪"

The art history nerd in me was absolutely thrilled. The museum had such a serene calmness. And the food and drinks was so delicious too.
