Lanche rápido, saudável e que fica uma delícia
Ingredientes: - Metade de um abacate - 1 ovo cozido - 1 colher de sopa de salsa - 1 colher de sopa de cebola roxa - Metade de um tomate - Azeite a gosto - Limão a gosto - Sal a gosto - Iogurte grego - Pão de sua preferência

Gabriella on Instagram: "A classic summaaa flavor combo - lemon blueberry overnight oats 🍋🫐 To make: Prep your oats as usual and add the zest of half a lemon plus a squeeze of lemon juice. Add in frozen bloobs, set in the fridge to chill and enjoy! I do 1/2 cup oats, 1.5 cups water, microwave for 2 mins, add a scoop of protein ( I use @trueprotein code GABS10), and some ground flax seed. Tip for texture: lightly blend your oats to make them more ~mushy~"
