Ingredients: 1 can of buttermilk biscuits (8 count)- (I used open nature biscuits as pictured but have also used Pillsbury Grands Biscuits) 1 pound of any breakfast sausage roll (browned, drained, and cooled) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs, beaten 2

Flaky breakfast bake. 5 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 16 oz refrigerated breakfast biscuits (like the Pillsbury flaky kind), 4 scallions, 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, and cooked bacon or sausage. 11×17 pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until no longer runny.

Sausage, egg and biscuits: 1 can buttermilk biscuits, 1 lb JD sausage, 1 cu shredded mozzarella, 1 cu shredded cheddar, 6 eggs, 3/4 cu milk, salt & pepper. Bake in 8x8 pan at 425 for 30-35 min. Let sit 5 min.
